He stated he <br />has worked with the Department of Natural Resources and the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District for approval, who have recommended a narrow street width to reduce the amount <br />of runoff. He noted there would only be eight lots served by the roadway extension. <br />Mr. Wallick stated that he and Mr. Andrews met with the Environmental Board last <br />month, which recommended that they meet with City staff and the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District to modify the plans. He questioned whether the Department of Natural Resources had <br />submitted a new report since the report dated September 18, 2001 included in the staff <br />report. <br />Mr. Andrews stated the Department of Natural Resources has only granted a permit for <br />the bridge. <br />
