Staff believed all of the lights should include a solid dome. The <br />submitted plan did show a combination of domes. No specific lighting type had been <br />provided for under the canopy. Lighting under the canopy shall be designed with <br />completely recessed lighting and no lighting on the canopy sides. <br />Staff stated the submitted erosion and grading plan was subject to review and approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br />Staff noted the submitted utility plan was subject o review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Staff indicated all standard easements were t the nal plat. Comment: The comprehensive plan guides for commercial use of this site. Once rezoned <br />from R -1 to General Business the site would match the comprehensive plan. <br />3.
