Stormwater management A grading and drainage plan has been submitted for review by the City Engineer. The plan is not subject to review and approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District. The City native seed schedule should be used in infiltration and ponding areas. Revised plans should also include tree protection measures. The applicant will also be required to enter into a ponding maintenance agreement with the city. Roads, Access, Circulation The Site will be accessed from James Street. The access location is appropriately spaced between the Lake Drive intersection and an existing access into the US Bank property. ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD ACTION The Environmental Board reviewed the project on February 26, 2003. Their comments • are attached and have been incorporated into this report were applicable.
