Building materials requirements for single <br />use tenants are particularly noted in Section 2.B.5, which states: <br />"Single use tenants shall substantially comply with the development standards <br />outlined above while still maintaining their retail dress image. It is strongly <br />encouraged that each building incorporate the gable end roof form and standing <br />seam metal over the entry or on the corners to reflect the vernacular established <br />by other buildings on the site." <br />The building elevations, as submitted, do not satisfy this requirement. <br />Staff is recommending that the building facade incorporate face brick consistent with the <br />material types and colors used throughout the Market Place Development.
