The proposed project will be reviewed for consistency with the surface <br />water management policies. The City will continue to work with the Watershed District to ensure <br />compliance with all policies. <br />To varying degrees, the proposed development satisfies each of the ten conservation development <br />principles outlined in the Lino Lakes Handbook for Environmental Planning and Conservation <br />Development. The principles are: <br />• Ensure Environmental Protection and • Construct a Convenient and Efficient Inter -modal <br />Enhancement Transportation System <br />• Nurture a Healthy Lifestyle • Encourage Energy & Resource Conservation <br />• Create a Sense of Place • Promote Lifelong Learning & Education <br />• Create a Sense of Community • Advocate Aesthetic Design & High Quality <br />Construction <br />• Foster Economic and Cultural Diversity • Ensure Economic Viability <br />28. Impact on infrastructure and public services. Will new or expanded utilities, roads, other <br />infrastructure or public services be required to serve the project? X Yes _No. <br />If yes, describe the new or additional infrastructure or services needed.
