<br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) 
<br />Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410.4300, subpart 32 requires the preparation of an EAW for mixed 
<br />residential and industrial - commercial projects of this size for 3rd or 4th class cities. Subsequently 
<br />an EAW was prepared. The EAW was reviewed by the City's Environmental Board on 
<br />November 6, 2003, and approved by the City Council for distribution and comment on 
<br />November 10, 2003. The required 30 -day public comment period ended on December 24, 2003.
