No. 12976.002
Routing:
• 1. The minimum pipe outlet size is 15" RC pipe, the HydroCAD model shows a 12" RC pipe.
2. An infiltration rate of 0.0083 ft/min corresponds to an infiltration rate of 5.98 in/hr. Rice Creek
Watershed District's design standard for NRCS type "A" soils is 0.50 in/hr, unless a percolation test has
been preformed. If so, supporting documentation is needed.
3. When existing condition soil type are NRCS type "A" soils, NRCS type "B" soils need to be used in
disturbed areas under proposed conditions.
4. A drainage area map needs to be submitted for both existing and proposed conditions.
5. The submitted computations, according the HydroCAD header, is for developed conditions. Please
submit the existing condition computations.
6. A differentiation is needed between existing and proposed contours on the grading plan.
7.
