Apollo Landing, page 6 <br />U� <br />Water and Sanitary sewer service are available within the Apollo Drive right -of -way. The submitted utility <br />plans depict an existing tie in to the Apollo Drive trunk that ends at the corner of the neighboring property to the <br />east. Further staff investigation is underway to either confirm or deny its existence. If it does not exist the <br />Developer will have to adjust the layout of the utilities to keep them entirely on his own property, unless <br />appropriate easements are granted by the neighboring property owner. <br />Stormwater management <br />The City Engineer has reviewed the submitted grading and drainage plan, and his memorandum is attached to <br />this report. <br />The plan is subject to review and approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District. The city hasn't received <br />any comments from the Rice Creek Watershed District at this point. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD <br />The Environmental Board reviewed this application at the February 23, 2005 regular meeting. There <br />recommendations were numerous and are attached to this report. <br />OPTIONS <br />Ili1. Continue the public hearing. <br />2. Deny the project. <br />3.
