• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM V.D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: September 14, 2005 <br />TOPIC: PUD Amendment — Signage Criteria <br />Hartford Development, Inc. <br />BACKGROUND <br />City staff is working with the developer to come up with acceptable signage criteria for the <br />Legacy at Wood's Edge project. We had intended on presenting a draft at this meeting, however <br />it has proven to be more difficult and time consuming than originally anticipated. At this time a <br />draft is not ready for review by the Planning and Zoning Board. Staff is recommending that the <br />Public Hearing be continued to the October 12, 2005 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. <br />OPTIONS. <br />• 1. Continue the public hearing to the October 12, 2005 regular meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends continuing the public hearing. <br />
