Low Floor elevation of the Existing House to remain does not meet minimum City freeboard <br />requirements. <br />2. Public Works has tested the watermain on Ware Road. The flow test resulted in a rate of 1,100 GPM, <br />which is sufficient for this development. <br />3. Provide all necessary permits to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />4. R/W for the realignment of Ware Road must be provided to the City of Lino Lakes, as this will occur <br />in the future. <br />• <br />• <br />
