This project involves the division of an existing <br />undeveloped parcel into two buildable lots. To accommodate this development proposal the applicant has <br />requested a Preliminary Plat; and Variances for Upland Lot Area (9,728 and 10,634 square feet instead of <br />10,800 square feet). The new unit created by Fran's Estate would fit within the policy <br />of 147 per year and so could be final platted in 2006. <br />
