Why does SECTION C paragraph (2) call for the replacement of similar trees <br />removed; however paragraph (7) does not allow certain species to be replanted? <br />If a tree is not worth replacing it is also not worth saving. i.e. Box elder is a <br />pioneer and invasive species and should be treated more as a weed than a tree to <br />be saved. <br />5. Trees located within a delineated wetland are already protected; why require <br />additional inventorying and preservation? <br />6. Why would boulevard trees added to the project not count as part of the <br />replacement? This seems punitive. <br />• <br />
