The main building is about 200' x 405', and <br />the office area is 32' x 64'. The building will be 32' high except for the loading dock <br />locations on the west and east sides, where the ground elevation will be lower by four <br />feet. Precast concrete panels will form the exterior walls of the main building. The <br />office portion will be rock -faced concrete block. <br />The trash area is not indicated on the plans. The trash area must be shown on the plan <br />and must be screened. <br />• Lighting <br />Light fixtures will be shoebox fixtures on the building walls and in the parking and drive <br />areas. The submitted preliminary lighting plan showing site lighting intensity indicates <br />that the project complies with the maximum of one foot candle at the street centerline. <br />The shoebox fixtures will ensure lighting is directed downward and not up into the night <br />sky.
