Architectural Preliminary Plan Set prepared by Frisbie Architects, dated December 12, 2006. <br />3. RCWD Permit Application No. 06 -067 dated August 18, 2006. <br />4. Traffic Analysis Review, CSAH 49 /County Road J, prepared by Westwood, dated December 12, <br />2006. <br />5. Letter prepared by the Metropolitan Council, dated August 23, 2006. <br />Plat Comments: <br />1. CSAH 49 future layout must conform to Anoka County Master Plan. Only one access will be <br />allowed off CSAH 49. Construction limits and R/W must be verified and an approved Permit <br />provided to the City. <br />2. Proper access shall be provided for lot to the south of property. <br />3. Alignment of the northern entrance off of CSAH 49 is not consistent with proposed Anoka County <br />access. <br />4. Proposed street names must be shown. <br />5. All proposed easements and vacations must be acquired and documentation provided. <br />6. The St. Paul Water Utility Right of Way must be addressed. Confirm ownership will be transferred. <br />Watermain Comments: <br />1. Profiles shall be provided. <br />2.
