Proposed curb and gutter shall be City standard D412, with B618 around radii and catch basins. <br />5. Geotechnical Report must provide support for proposed street section (City standard bituminous mix <br />must be corrected on plans). <br />Grading Plan Comments: <br />1. Retaining wall elevations must be shown. Proposed wall must be engineered (support calculations <br />and details provided) if over 4' high. Fence and guard rail must be provided per MNDOT Standard <br />design. <br />2 Detail of Trench Drain must be provided for review. <br />3. A wetland buffer of 16.5' is recommended, 10' is required minimum. <br />4. Detail of roof drains must be provided. This shall include invert elevations, slopes, and outlet <br />elevations to rain gardens. <br />5. Parking islands to be defined with curb and gutter. Proposed landscaping of parking islands must be <br />noted. <br />Drainage and Storm Sewer Comments: <br />1. Refer to the attached Drainage Review dated January 8, 2007. <br />Miscellaneous Comments: <br />1. All necessary permits must be provided to the City for verification. <br />2. City Forester must approve Tree Preservation. <br />3. Screening must be provided to the North and West of the site. <br />4. Existing well and septic systems to be abandoned per state requirements and a well sealing <br />record shall be provided to the City. <br />
