The water quality volume in the proposed pond may change based on comments 4 and 5 above. The 100 -year elevation of the pretreatment basin/biofiltration basin is required to be 2 feet <br />below the low floor elevation of the existing parsonage. <br />The following are minor plan, calculations, and drafting corrections that must be addressed prior to final <br />approval: <br />1. Minimize the grading necessary to accommodate the outlet pipe for the proposed stormwater pond. <br />05/23/07 This item has been addressed. <br />2. The cinched line which runs northwest to southeast through Lots 1-4, Block 2, is labeled as a survey <br />line and also a Drainage and Utility Easement. Please clarify the location of the rear yard Drainage and Utility Easements for Lots 1-4, Block 2. <br />05/23/07 This item has been addressed. <br />4. The Drainage and Utility Easements for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, should include the 100 -year elevation, <br />plus an additional 10 foot easement beyond the 100 -year elevation of the proposed stormwater pond. <br />05/23/07 This item has been addressed. <br />5. Show the location of the 10 foot wetland buffer on the Plan. <br />6. The Grading Plan currently shows silt fence where there appears to be no grading. Show a defined swale along the north property line of Lot 1, Block 2, to ensure that runoff remains <br />on -site. <br />05/23/07 Permission must be obtained to perform necessary grading outside of the project limits. <br />8. Show and label the 150 foot setback from the Ordinary High Water Level of Marshan Lake on the <br />Grading Plan. <br />05/23/07 This item has been addressed. <br />9. It is highly recommended that disturbed areas within 200 feet of Marshan Lake be stabilized with <br />erosion control blanket within 7 days of not being actively worked. <br />10. Show the location of the rock construction entrance and inlet protection on the Plan. <br />11.
