The following are minor plan, calculations, and drafting corrections that must be addressed prior to final approval: 1. The cinched line which runs northwest to southeast through Lots 1-4, Block 2, is labeled as a survey line and also a Drainage and Utility Easement. Show the location of the 10 foot wetland buffer on the Plan. 6. The Grading Plan currently shows silt fence where there appears to be no grading. Show a defined swale along the north property line of Lot 1, Block 2, to ensure that runoff remains on -site. 05/23/07 Permission must be obtained to perform necessary grading outside of the project limits. 8. It is highly recommended that disturbed areas within 200 feet of Marshan Lake be stabilized with erosion control blanket within 7 days of not being actively worked. 10. Show the location of the rock construction entrance and inlet protection on the Plan. 11.
