a maintenance agreement should be written ensuring the vacuum <br />sweeping of the pervious surface at least 2 times a year. <br />Drainage swales in County Road right of way should be designed <br />according to the original plan. <br />A maintenance plan and agreement should be written for all infiltration <br />areas on the site, including annual cleaning of curb drop spillway areas. <br />Curb -drop spillway and parking lot on the NE corner and North side of <br />the site are undermined and must be repaired. <br />An erosion control plan should be submitted. A site for erosion control <br />plan /SWPPP access and erosion inspection Togs must be shown on the <br />site plan. <br />A concrete washout area must be shown on the map. <br />Landscaping <br />The Lino Lakes Environmental Board made recommendation in 2003 <br />that there should be parking islands with trees. There are 3 or 4 islands <br />in the north lot that could be planted. These plantings should have <br />irrigation or a way to water trees planted if possible. <br />A salt tolerant sod or seed and hydro -mulch should be specified in the <br />plant list (Attachment2) for road ROW areas. <br />No soil should be imported or exported from the site without City staff <br />approval <br />If flagpole is to remain in the plan, than additional trees should be <br />planted to screen residents to the East, as per 2003 Environmental <br />Board recommendations. (Attachment 6) <br />Lighting <br />Lighting Plan is unchanged and meets the requirements for City lighting. <br />Recommendations and Comments - <br />1. North Springs Church look at pervious parking on the remaining <br />parking lot areas that need to be paved. Provide a maintenance <br />agreement to vacuum sweep pervious surface 2 times a year. <br />2.
