Mr. <br />Smyser indicated there are other areas in the City that have that zoning. <br />Acting Chair Johnson asked why the issue of rezoning has come up without a specific site <br />plan. Mr. Smyser stated the applicant originally had a site plan. The applicant is <br />currently working on a revision of the site plan. The applicant asked that the City move <br />forward with the rezone. The site plan will eventually come before the Board for <br />reviewal. <br />• Acting Chair Johnson expressed concern regarding the shared driveway access with the <br />clinic and traffic problems.
