Mr. Arndorfer stated it would then be tougher to build the lots. He would <br />have to know the actual pad sizes. <br />Ms. Wyland noted the difference between a R -1 and R-1X rambler is approximately 220 <br />square feet. <br />Ms. Carlson stated the City does need various types of homes. Higher priced homes are <br />needed in this area. She stated a 30 or 40' buffer does not make a preservation plan. She <br />indicated she does want the project to move forward but is concerned about the number <br />of lots. <br />Mr. Arndorfer stated he has committed himself to this project. <br />financially.
