She suggested this item be <br />tabled so the developer can review the widths. She stated she would like to see a greater <br />width in the lots and see how the garages will fit. She added she does want to approve <br />the plan. <br />Mr. Arndorfer stated he is open to tabling if there is a way to achieve approval without <br />going through the whole process again. He indicated waiting another month will cost too <br />much money. He stated he is still on the fence regarding <br />approval. <br />Mr. Arndorfer stated it would be difficult to dictate to homeowners where their garage <br />will be located. <br />Chair Schaps stated the plan is a preservation development and is reasonable.
