Minimum house footprint sizes shall be those of the R -1X zoning district. 2. Park Dedication shall consist of trail dedication and construction. 3. The specific trail alignment and the tress that will be cut for it will be determined by the City Environmental Specialist. 4. All permits required by the Rice Creek Watershed District shall be obtained prior to any site grading. 5. Utility, grading, and drainage plans must obtained app ity Engineer and Rice Creek Watershed District as appropriate. 6. A landscape plan to include native plantings to b the City Forester. 7. Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to approve the comprehensive plan amendment based on the findings in the report and the above conditions, and was supported by Mr. Dunn. Motion carried 5 -1 with Ms. Carlson voting no.
