Minimum house footprint sizes shall be those of the R -1X zoning district. <br />2. Park Dedication shall consist of trail dedication and construction. <br />3. The specific trail alignment and the tress that will be cut for it will be determined by <br />the City Environmental Specialist. <br />4. All permits required by the Rice Creek Watershed District shall be obtained prior to <br />any site grading. <br />5. Utility, grading, and drainage plans must obtained app ity Engineer <br />and Rice Creek Watershed District as appropriate. <br />6. A landscape plan to include native plantings to b the City Forester. <br />7. Drainage and utility easements to be <br />drainage ways subject to approval of th <br />as required by the City Subdivisio <br />hall cover all wetlands and <br />neer.
