PUBLIC HEARING, SMA Construction, Steve Arndorfer, 6462 12th <br />Avenue, Rezone to PDO for Preservation Development and Preliminary Plat <br />Mr. Smyser stated Mr. Steve Arndorfer of SMA Construction has submitted a plan to <br />develop his 7.4 -acre site for ten residential lots. The project is called Peregrine Pass. <br />The applications include an amendment to the existing Comprehensive Plan, a rezoning <br />to planned development overlay, and approval of the preliminary development plan/plat. <br />
