An additional handicap accessible parking space <br />must be provided to meet the handicap parking <br />requirements of 13 that are to be provided on the <br />site and based on the total number of off- street <br />parking provided. Bicycle parking racks must be <br />provided throughout the site. <br />4. Signs for the proposed site are in compliance with <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br />5. Park and Recreation Board recommendations outlined <br />in Exhibit H must be addressed. <br />6. A tree preservation plan must be submitted for <br />final approval and preservation of trees. <br />7. A final landscaping plan must be submitted and <br />address the overall concept of landscaping; <br />screening of middle school from residential areas; <br />appropriateness of plant material location, type, <br />quantity, and spacing of proposed plant materials. <br />8. A fence plan must be submitted for final approval. <br />Fencing requirements around the softball /baseball <br />fields and, south and west property lines must be <br />indicated. <br />9. A grading and drainage plan be submitted subject to <br />review and approval by the City Engineer. The <br />site's wetland is delineated and wetland mitigation <br />plan is reviewed and approved by the Rice Creek <br />Watershed Board and the City. <br />10. A final utility plan should be submitted for review <br />and comment by the City Engineer. <br />11. A comprehensive lighting plan be submitted which <br />shows the proposed exterior illumination of the <br />site. <br />12. Shifting the location of the baseball field west <br />and north of the present proposed location to allow <br />for sufficient buffering along the east and south <br />areas to prevent stray balls from reaching the <br />adjacent street right -of -ways. <br />3 <br />
