This <br />would need to be posted as such. <br />Mr. Bill Johnson indicated if this development is built <br />to the maximum DNR regulations, the whole development <br />should be moved to the south, so as to even out the green <br />space. <br />Mr. Corsan indicated even though there is no current <br />plans, the applicant would like to have the area in the <br />south open. <br />Chair Schaps inquired if rental units could be added to <br />the south. Mr. Brixius indicated that would need City <br />review. <br />Mr. Brixius indicated the applicant has addressed all the <br />City's concerns presented by Staff with this proposal, <br />his recommendation would be to approve this application. <br />Mr. Herr reiterated the concerns of others on the Board <br />and felt the development should be moved to the south. <br />Mr. Corsan indicated the development would not meet the <br />DNR requirements if it was moved, the DNR has established <br />tiers and the move would change the density of those <br />tiers. <br />Mr. Mesich inquired if the developer was aware of their <br />responsibility for improvement to Lake Drive and Aqua <br />Lane. Mr. Corsan indicated they were aware. Mr. Powell <br />also indicated staff had held discussions with the <br />applicant regarding this issue. <br />Ms. Karen Hoppe of 497 Forshan Lake Drive, expressed <br />concern regarding the open space to the south and future <br />development. She felt the units were too close together. <br />Ms. Hoppe inquired as to the difference between townhomes <br />and condominiums. Mr. Brixius explained this is just in <br />reference to ownership. The units will be owned by the <br />occupants. <br />Mr. Brixius indicated any addition would come before the <br />City for review. <br />Mr. Richard Hermans 7200 Stage Coach Trail, also <br />expressed concern for the unidentified open space, and <br />suggested to the Board to table until further information <br />is given, due to all the unanswered questions. <br />Mr. J.P. Houchins, 7284 Stage Coach Trail, indicated he <br />calculated only 45,000 cubic feet of permanent water <br />storage, but the utility plan denotes 55,000, he <br />14 <br />
