• <br />• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br />May 10, 1989 <br />At the east end of the plat the 33' roadway be widened to 40' <br />so that it would line up with Second Avenue, and along the <br />east end of Block 2 be widened to 50 feet. The southwestern <br />corner of the plat a 27' road easement originally indicated <br />be extended westerly through the park property to meet with a <br />northernly extension of the west side of Rustic Lane, this <br />would give a 60' wide roadway coming through Glenview Drive, <br />entering into the plat. <br />Al Robinson 2nd the motion. <br />Alan Irwin amended the motion by adding: <br />On Glenview Drive line east of the western edge of Lot 13 be <br />vacated because it is unbuildable. <br />Al Robinson 2nd the motion, and the motion was approved with <br />Mr. Crohn abstaining. <br />MOTION: Alan Irwin moved to remove Site and Building Plan <br />Review for Chamonix Golf Course, Application #89 -09. <br />Mr. Chase reviewed the City Zoning Ordinances. The Zoning <br />Ordinance addressed commercial and industrial uses, but does <br />not address public areas. Mr. Chase stated that in his <br />opinion, the pole barn built may be a conforming building, <br />and the only mistake the county made was the fact that they <br />did not obtain a building permit. <br />MOTION: Mr. Chase moved to approve the Site and Building <br />Plan Review for Chomonix Golf Course, Application #89 -09. as <br />presented. <br />Motion fails from lack of a second. <br />MOTION: Mr. Irwin moved to recommend to City Council <br />approval of the after the fact building plan and site plan <br />for the area approximately 200' south of the parking lot, <br />with the following requirements: <br />1. Both ends and the side of the building be <br />faced with cedar siding to the height of <br />12' and a wood facade approximately 60'long should <br />be built approximately 4' out from the front of the <br />building. <br />2. Building permit fees be increased in accordance <br />with state guidelines for after - the -fact permits. <br />3. The county grant easements for drainage from the <br />West Shadow Lake Drive area west into park property <br />and from the Robertson Construction land north into <br />park property.
