At the April Planning and Zoning Board meeting the boardmembers approved a concept plan for the area north of Woodridge Estates and Rohavic Oaks. City utilities will be extended through the area to serve Woodridge Estates and this preliminary plat represents in part a replatting of a portion 0 of the large -lot Rohavic Oaks subdivision. 15 lots will be located on 7.3 acres of land giving an average lot size of 17,250 square feet. This parcel of land is zoned R -1X Single - Family Executive. Minimum lot dimensions are 90 x 135 feet and minimum lot size is 12,825 square feet. Corner lots are required to be 25 feet wider than interior lots. The City Engineer submitted a letter to the board with his recommended changes. Pete Rosenthal had grading questions that were answered by the City Engineer. Based on the City Engineer's letter, Pete Rosenthal asked that the north -south connection road between Linda Avenue and Town Road be called Waterworks Road. John Miller stated that the city passed a policy stating that all east and west streets should be named after plants, and all north and south streets named after animals. It was decided that Linda Avenue, Town Road and the extension • will be named White Pine Road. After further discussion a motion was made. Page 9
