Planting of six 5 foot b and b Black Hills Spruce <br />adjacent to the fence extending south of the <br />building. <br />17. Painting of the mansard roof. <br />Mr. Simonson stated that the sign was put up the day of the <br />P &Z meeting. <br />The fuel tanks were removed, and pollution was found below <br />them. The area is being tested by the pollution agency. <br />Once testing is completed the parking lot will be repaired <br />and paved. <br />The applicant wishes to rent one stall for a transmission <br />repair shop. The only change according to Mr. Simonson would <br />be a second sign to be mounted below the flush - mounted sign <br />planned for the front of the building. There was discussion <br />as to the size of the sign, and John Miller suggested Mr. <br />Simonson visit with him on the sign prior to council review. <br />Charles Prokop stated that the applicant has shown he is <br />acting in good faith, and neighbors have not complained. <br />MOTION: Alan Irwin recommended to the city council approval <br />of an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for Bob <br />Simonson's Garage, Application #89 -21 for a second business <br />to be installed, this is a transmission repair shop.
