Irwin seconded the <br />motion and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />There was an amendment to the application: Joe Spetzman <br />said there would be confusion with three addresses. <br />Chairman Cody amended application to read 8145 Lake Drive. <br />REQUEST FOR A LOT SPLIT FOR MABEL CARDINAL FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 80TH STREET AND I -35E, APPLICATION 88 -04. <br />Mabel Cardinal owns a forty acre parcel of land at the <br />intersection of 80th Street and 35E that she wishes to <br />subdivide into four ten -acre pieces. The subdivision would <br />allow the sale of the land benefiting Mrs. Cardinal's <br />children. <br />Tom Cardinal represented Mrs. Cardinal at this meeting. <br />MOTION: Ms. Nelson recommended to City Council approval of <br />the lot split for Mabel Cardinal property located at 80th <br />Street and I- -35E Application 88 -04 subject to these <br />conditions: <br />* The Applicant provides various easements for 80th <br />Street. <br />* Park dedication fee of $1600 be paid <br />* Separate deeds for new parcel will be prepared, <br />stamped by the City Clerk and recorded at the <br />Anoka County Court house. <br />Averbeck seconded the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />REQUEST FOR A LOT SPLIT FROM ANOKA COUNTY FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT T.H. 49 AND COUNTY ROAD 53, APPLICATION 88 -05. <br />Anoka County wishes to purchase 10.37 acres from the State <br />of Minnesota. The land is now part of the Correctional <br />Facility and is the site of two cottages. The property is <br />in the northeast corner of the state's land at the <br />intersection of County Road 53 and T.H. 49. The county is <br />presently renting the cottages. <br />
