Creek runs by house - he <br />is concerned that his yard will be flooded by water. <br />Ron Stahlberg - The proposed ditch grade will be three to <br />four feet below Bill Brown's land. There will be no effects <br />of Bill Brown's property. <br />Glen Simonson - 1566 LaMotte Drive - His concern was the <br />cul - -de -sac. According to Simonson the road is really a 1/2 <br />mile long cul -de -sac. He said the road will be a problem <br />with all the hauling that will be done on it. <br />Ron Stahlberg contacted Metro Waste Control Commission and <br />they checked out the sewer and said it has been adequate for <br />the area. There shouldn't be any problem with the <br />additional 17 homes going in. <br />Simonson had some additional concerns: <br />* Value of homes if plat is put in - concerned about <br />decreasing value of his home. <br />* Increased traffic by his property. No sidewalk - <br />children walk on road. <br />* Make different access to development. <br />Mike Mastro - 1553 LaMotte Drive - Mastro's concerns were: <br />* Traffic problem - running 1/2 mile road where there <br />was a dead end. <br />* Water problems - high water problem - Nobody wants <br />to get flooded out <br />* Setbacks on homes - driveways - 50 feet deep <br />John McDonald - 6901 LaMotte Drive - MacDonald's concerns <br />were: <br />* Snow removal - Where is the City of Lino Lakes going <br />to put the snow? <br />Prokop had some concerns also: <br />* Concerned about the quality of the ground? <br />* Kind of road it might be <br />PAGE 6 <br />
