• <br />Page -2- Planning and Zoning <br />Resolution adopting a minor plan amendment to the Lino Lakes <br />Comprehensive Plan. Including: <br />Resolution Adopting A Minor Plan Amendment <br />To The Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes updated its Comprehensive <br />Plan in 1987; <br />WHEREAS, the MUSA boundary shown on the map submitted to the <br />Metropolitan Council inadvertently omitted a sewered area <br />adjacent to the Anoka County Regional Park and the City of <br />Centerville; <br />WHEREAS, the omitted area contains 22 sewered lots and an <br />unplatted area of approximately 17 lots; <br />WHEREAS, the omitted area was in the MUSA boundry prior to <br />the 1987 revisions; <br />WHEREAS, it was not the intent of the City of Lino Lakes to <br />eliminate a sewered area from the MUSA boundry; <br />WHEREAS, the land use map of the revised comprehensive area <br />designates this parcel of land as urban residential; <br />WHEREAS, urban residential zoning requires that the area be <br />included in the 2000 Urban Service District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT: <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts a minor plan <br />amendment to revise the Comprehensive Plan to add the <br />omitted area to the MUSA boundary. <br />Prokop seconded the motion. The motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />Ron introduced Brian Bourassa - employed by TKDA. Brian put <br />all the maps together for Ron. <br />Planning discussion of gaining street easements in large lot <br />subdivisions. Ron outlined an area between 4th Ave., Main <br />Street, Lake and Hwy. 49. <br />He showed the existing street system and points of interest <br />and ingress in and out. <br />Ron Stahlberg's second overlay - Ron proposed a road system <br />in a master plan for development of a road system. <br />
