He also had a concern about 2nd Avenue
and how far the road will be going.
Ron Stahlberg said there is an existing 30 foot easement but
they're not going to use it. Regarding watershed questions,
Ron said there will be a comprehensive drainage plan for the
area.
JOHN FITZPARTICK - 7109 Rice Lake Drive - John's question
was if he doesn't hook up to water will there be a lien
against his property at the time of the sale of his home.
Ron Stahlberg explained this would be a very good question
for our Attorney Bill Hawkins to answer. He would like to see curves in the
streets and perhaps a cul -de -sac.
KEN HAFNER - Counselor Realty - Ken said we're new to this
kind of development. We need to make sure we attract the
buyer. He thinks we're making a big mistake to accept this
proposal of Menkfeld's plat.
John Miller recommended that the Planning and Zoning
committee really take time to think about what Alan Irwin
said and that they have authority to tell Mr. Menkfeld to
re- design his plat.
MOTION: Prokop made a motion that the petition for the
preliminary plat review application 88 -12 dated 4/5/88 by
Mr. Menkfeld - North Suburban Development be denied on the
