Well and drainfield locations be shown. <br />2. Number and naming of landscaping materials <br />3. Drainage plan approved by the city engineer <br />4. Waiver of blacktopping requirement (based on <br />nature of use with heavy track laying equipment) <br />for storage area. <br />5. Agreement prepared by city attorney to remove or <br />modifiy to current specifications a metal -clad <br />building within 7.5 years. <br />Mr.Irwin seconded the motion, motion passed with Prokop, <br />Irwin, Crohn, Joyer, and Cody voting yes. Ms. Nelson and <br />Ms. Averback voted no. Ms. Nelson and Ms. Averback cited <br />aesthetic concerns with the pitch roof building in the L -I <br />zone. They also felt the building should be amortized over <br />five years and removed. <br />DISCUSSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WILDWOOD SUBDIVISION: <br />Elmer Crohn, developer of Wildwood, removed himself from the <br />board for discussion of this item. Mr. Crohn explained a <br />revision in his plat to accommodate a request from the Park <br />Board for land. He showed a five acre parcel near the east <br />side of the plat as being used for park purposes. Mr. Crohn <br />also discussed access to Main Street and the problems with <br />the power line easement on the south part of the land. <br />City Engineer, Ron Stahlberg questioned what soils work had <br />been completed and asked about the drainage plan. There was <br />considerable discussion regarding the pipeline easement and <br />drainage. Mr.Stahlberg also asked about mechanisms for <br />controlling house locations and eventual replatting of the <br />area when sewer becomes available. <br />Ms.Nelson stated that at least one lot at the southeast <br />corner of the lot was unbuildable. <br />Mr.Irwin asked Clarence Sharpen if the access shown to his <br />property from Mr. Crohn's land was adequate. <br />Page 6 <br />
