This area recom- <br />mended for "R" Rural zoning. <br />In the future if a large commercial or industrial user <br />wanted these parcels, zoning could be considered at that <br />time. <br />Boardmember Nelson 2nd the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />COSNSIDERATION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODRIDGE ESTATES FOR <br />CARLSON, DROPPS, AND ASSOCIATES, APPLICATION 88 -28. <br />There was a large group of people to state their opinions on <br />this proposal. <br />Mr. Vickers wanted to know why we have to put the road to <br />the north? <br />Prokop stated that there is a need for that road - for <br />emergency reasons. This road wouldn't generage heavy <br />traffic. <br />Bob Lichtcheidel asked where are the water and sewer lines, <br />are they coming from the lift station? <br />Rick Piper from Oakwood Drive asked what the value of the <br />lots would be in this R -1X area. <br />Dave Cody stated this is Single Family Executive housing <br />area - $115,000 to $120,000 minimum value. <br />Chairman Cody suggested staff put together a memorandum and <br />give copies to Mr. Vickers and have him hand the memorandum <br />out to the concerned residents. <br />MOTION: Alan Irwin moved to table the preliminary plat <br />because there is no public access. This preliminary plat <br />had been revised and the board has not had adequate time to <br />review. <br />Prokop seconded the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR MARCELINO AND REFUGIA LOPEZ, <br />APPLICATION 88 -31. <br />Page 3 <br />
