Prokop seconded the motion and
all in favor with the exception of Alan Irwin opposing.
REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION (lot combination) FOR CHESTER
AND CECELIA LAROCQUE, APPLICATION 88 -32.
Mr. and Mrs. LaRocque were not at the meeting.
Mr. Prokop moved to table this item until the board meets in
November. Averback seconded the motion and the motion was
carried.
REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR EMMETT SALBERG, APPLICATION
88 -34.
The board feels there should be changes on Mr. Salberg's
resubdivision plan before the board approves the minor
subdivision.
Irwin suggested the following changes:
1. Curved Streets
2. More depth from the freeway
3. No half- streets
4. Have a ponding area included
Boardmember Nelson stated she doesn't like accepting "ghost
plats ", this could haunt us in the future. Someone could go
ahead with this plat on the basis that "It was approved by
the P &Z ". She stated we should make the plat right in the
beginning, and forget the ghost plats.
Pete Kluegel, Building Official stated there should be a
buffer, there has to be an extra 10 foot set back for the
lots adjacent to the freeway.
Page 4
