• <br />• <br />• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD October 5, 1988 <br />Renee Johnson spoke for Mr. and Mrs. Lopez and asked the <br />board if this is approved or not. <br />After some discussion a motion was made. <br />MOTION: Cheryl Nelson moved to table this item until Mr. <br />and Mrs. Lopez revise their resubdivision plan moving the <br />road out of the wetlands. Prokop seconded the motion and <br />all in favor with the exception of Alan Irwin opposing. <br />REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION (lot combination) FOR CHESTER <br />AND CECELIA LAROCQUE, APPLICATION 88 -32. <br />Mr. and Mrs. LaRocque were not at the meeting. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to table this item until the board meets in <br />November. Averback seconded the motion and the motion was <br />carried. <br />REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR EMMETT SALBERG, APPLICATION <br />88 -34. <br />The board feels there should be changes on Mr. Salberg's <br />resubdivision plan before the board approves the minor <br />subdivision. <br />Irwin suggested the following changes: <br />1. Curved Streets <br />2. More depth from the freeway <br />3. No half- streets <br />4. Have a ponding area included <br />Boardmember Nelson stated she doesn't like accepting "ghost <br />plats ", this could haunt us in the future. Someone could go <br />ahead with this plat on the basis that "It was approved by <br />the P &Z ". She stated we should make the plat right in the <br />beginning, and forget the ghost plats. <br />Pete Kluegel, Building Official stated there should be a <br />buffer, there has to be an extra 10 foot set back for the <br />lots adjacent to the freeway. <br />Page 4 <br />
