Planning and Zoning Board <br />April 10, 1985 <br />Page Five <br />Surfside Seaplane Base, Inc., dated 12/3/84, for certain property <br />located at 6980 Lake Drive consisting of a parcel of approxi- <br />mately 7.5 acres legally described as set forth in his appli- <br />cation, for an amended conditional use permit be granted. This <br />conditional use permit would be subject to the following condi- <br />tions: <br />1) Building be constructed in accordance with the building code. <br />2) No additional signage will be allowed. <br />3) All tires, barrels and miscellaneous materials will be re- <br />moved or stored inside the building. <br />4) There will be no exterior storage of various parts. <br />The basis of the recommendation would be in accordance with the <br />terms and provisions of Subdivision 5 of the ordinance in that <br />the conditions A - I of such ordinance are met. In addition, <br />this motion recommends that the application which contains a <br />site and building plan review for the same applicant also be <br />approved as it complies with the terms and provisions of <br />Subdivision 4 of our ordinance entitled "Site and Building <br />Plan Review" and that according to the checklist accompanying <br />the application, all terms and conditions of the application <br />have been met. <br />Mrs. Klaus seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br />DONNEL REALTY - METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION <br />Don Nelson represented Robert Lundgren is his application for <br />a metes and bounds subdivision. This item is continued from <br />previous meetings of the P & Z Board. <br />Mr. Kluegel pointed out that the DNR, the City Planner, Rice <br />Creek Watershed, City Engineer, and the Park Board have all <br />addressed theapplication. The recommendations of each are <br />included in each boardmembers packet. Some discussion of <br />the issue took place resulting in the following motion. <br />Mr. Ostlie moved that the P & Z recommend to City Council <br />approval of the application by Donnel Realty, dated 12/20/84 <br />on behalf of Robert Lundgren, located at 6266 Holly Drive <br />for a metes and bounds subdivision of a parcel described in <br />the application which is at 6266 Holly Drive with the condi- <br />tions as set forth below: <br />1) The conditions as described by Mr. Zack Johnson in his <br />4/5/85 memo be followed, except for "5A" where it is <br />recommended that the road easement of 60' is acceptable. <br />2) The recommendations of Mr. Davidson in his memo of 4/10/85 <br />be followed, except for "Item 2 ". <br />3) Park dedication of cash in lieu of land per the present <br />interim policy. <br />4) Include alternate "No. 2" in Mr. Davidson's 2/20/85 memo <br />regarding curve center line in roadway. <br />5) There be a brush clean out at the north entrance along <br />Holly Drive. <br />Mr. Doocy seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
