1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Planning and Zoning Board <br />April 10, 1985 <br />Page Six <br />Mr. Prokop made a motion that the road be 32' paved on Holly <br />Court when constructed. Mrs. Klaus seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Goldade voted no, motion carried. <br />KEITH APITZ - SITE & BUILDING PLAN REVIEW - VIDEO REVUE <br />Keith and Jan Apitz and Mr. Kluegel presented the application <br />for Video Revue to add on to the present building. The Apitz' <br />own the building and lease it to Video Revue. The Board ques- <br />tioned specific points resulting in the following. <br />Mrs. Klaus moved that tire P & Z recommend to the City Council <br />approval of the site and building plan for Keith and Jan <br />Apitz, dated 3/15/85, at 6011 Hodgson Rd., Lino Lakes, with the <br />following stipulations: <br />1) Before building permit is issued; either to the satisfaction <br />of the Building Official, or an actual plan of the storm <br />water drainage be submitted. <br />2) There be a parking agreement between the adjacent establish- <br />ments because there is not the full parking spaces required <br />by ordinance. <br />3) A buffer of 50% or more on the rear property line be <br />erected. <br />4) Comply with the building code. <br />5) Because side yard setback is not met, Building Official shall <br />see that the fire code is met. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Goldade, and carried unanimously. <br />MIKE ASKAY - NEW HOME INSULATION - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />SITE AND BUILDING PLAN REVIEW <br />Mr. Askay and Mr. Kluegel presented this application. Some <br />discussion and questions followed resulting in the following: <br />Mr. Cody moved that the P & Z recommend to City Council that <br />the application of Kemacell Clean Air Systems, Inc., doing <br />business as New Home Insulation, by its owners Nancy and Michael <br />Askay, dated 4/1/85 for certain property located at 416 Lilac <br />St., Lino Lakes (parcel described as about 46,500 square feet; <br />Lot 5, Block 1 Lino Industrial Park) for a site and building <br />plan be approved based on the following conditions: <br />1) The topography and storm water drainage plan be as set <br />forth in April 2, 1985 letter from R. Nelson and Associates <br />in that certain erosion control measures must be taken <br />as soon as practical after grading. <br />2) Landscape plan be amended to included increased land- <br />scaping in the front of the building as discussed in <br />the course of this particular application. <br />3) The truck and trailer be at all times as practical parked <br />in the rear of the building. <br />4) Any signs which are established on the property be in <br />accordance with the ordinance. <br />109 <br />
