Ms. Averbeck seconded the <br />motion. <br />After considerable discussion motion and second were <br />withdrawn. <br />MOTION: Mr. McLean moved to recommend approval of minor <br />subdivision for Mike Bailey - Application 87 -25 contingent <br />upon Planner's research regarding encroachments. Mr. Irwin <br />seconded the motion and was carried unanimously. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION - Steve Kaiser: Ernie Apitz request for a <br />lot split at 6524 Hodgson Road - Application 87 -26. <br />Again, Mr. Miller was unaware that the applicant should come <br />before the Board. <br />MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to go ahead without Steve Kaiser <br />being present. Ms. Nelson seconded the motion and the <br />motion was carried unanimously. <br />Ernie Apitz's neighbor, Steve Kaiser, owns a garage that has <br />been determined to be partially located on Mr. Apitz's land. <br />Steve Kaiser is interested in purchasing a parcel of <br />property 12 X 238 from Mr. Apitz so that he owns the land on <br />which his garage is located. <br />Ms. Averbeck questioned whether the request would have an <br />affect on the zoning of the land. Mr. Prokop asked the <br />Planner to research this question. <br />MOTION: Ms. Averbeck moved to approve the 12 foot lot <br />split. Mr. McLean seconded this motion. <br />There was considerable discussion regarding the location of <br />the 12 feet and the parcels length. <br />Motion was withdrawn by Ms. Averbeck and Mr. McLean withdrew <br />his second. <br />MOTION: Mr. McLean moved to table this item pending <br />clerification of the certificate of survey. Ms. Averbeck <br />seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />
