• <br />• <br />Planning and Zoning <br />May 12, 1982 <br />Page Three <br />some questions on this matter with the Planning and Zoning requesting Mr. <br />Kluegel to check this matter. <br />PLAN REVIEW - KLOSNER /GOERTZ <br />This is for the construction of a building in the Lino Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Goertz was present.to answer questions. Mr. McLean asked for an <br />elevation which was supplied. Mr. Goertz pointed out this is to be a <br />cement block building with a flat roof. It will be'used for storage of <br />trucks and equipment. This is a masonary contracting business. The site <br />will be fenced with a cyclone fence. The area to be fenced was pointed <br />out)on the plans. There will be storage of materials within this fenced <br />area. <br />A future office is planned in the front - the yard to be seeded - some <br />trees planted. At the present, there are no plans for bathroom facilites <br />but in the future, whenthe office is constructed, he will need to install <br />these facilities. The driveway location was pointed out and it was noted <br />this will be crushed limestone. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommend approval of the Klosner /Goertz site plan <br />with the stipulations 1) rear yard (indicated in red on plan) will be <br />fenced (6 foot with 3 strands barbed wire) with a single gate; 2) driveway <br />and parking area be crushed limestone; 3) North and West frontage be <br />finished graded and seeded ans some landscaping plan be preented to the <br />Building Inspector before completion. Completion date to be November 1, <br />1982. Seconded by Mr. Goldade. Motion carried unanimously. <br />[SAMPSON I HOUSE MOVE =IN <br />Mr. Sampson proposes to move a home from2275 W. Highway #36 to a lot at <br />839 Oak Lane. This home has beenlinspected by Mr. Kluegel, Mr. Goldade <br />and Mrs. Elsenpeter. <br />Mr. McLean suggested that all approvals, to include pictures, be in the <br />packets. Mr. Kluegel preented pictures of the home and the site plan. <br />There were some questions as to the location of this home on the lot with <br />Mr. Kolstad drawing the location of the home on the lot noting that it will <br />be at least 30 feet from the side lot line.and approximatel 138 feet from <br />the street. <br />Mr. Kolstad pointed out that when the building permit is applied for, <br />the exact fottage will be on the site plan at that time. <br />Mr. McLeap asked if there is a certificate of ownership and Mr. Kolstad <br />provided a Purchase Agreement. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommed approval of this building owned by James <br />Karas, located at 2275 W. Highway #36, Roseville, application made by Curt <br />Sampson, who has a purchase agreement with Joseph Effertz, to be located <br />at 839 Oak Lane, Lino Lakes. Seconded by Mr. Goldade adding that items <br />1,2,3,4 $ 5 on the application be satisfied to the Building Inspector's <br />satisfication. and that Items 2 & 4 be provided before this goes before <br />the Council. Motion and amendments carried unanimously. <br />
