Planning and Zoning <br />January 21, Illve Three <br />difficulties that could encountered in administrating these requirements <br />to include park dedication funds. <br />Mrs. Klaus asked what was the reason for the ordinance and Mr. Schumacher <br />said to eliminate large lots in plats that are recorded by metes and bounds. <br />Mr. Heath moved to recommend this variance be granted and a permit be <br />issued for the moving of the home, with money in lieu of land for park <br />purposes, insulation to create an R38 and repairs on the outside of the <br />homes as required by the Building Inspector. Seconded by Mr. Doody. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mrs.Klaus asked about the purchase agreement and this was produced to the <br />satisfaction of the Board.. <br />The next item to be considered was an amended special use permit application <br />by Molin Concrete. <br />Mr. Barthke read a letter from Mr. and Mrs. E. Hendricksen objecting to the <br />expansion of this business and stating the requirements for a double row <br />of evergreens that were to have been planted on the western border of this <br />property. Mr. Hendricksen requested that a performance bond be posted to <br />ensure that this screening is done. <br />Schumacher, from the minutes of 1969, set forth the requirements for <br />screening along the West side of the property. <br />Mr. Doocy recommended approval of the special use permit by Molin for the <br />addiet�i n ttco the existing building with the stipulation that they work with <br />the to provide screening on the Western border of the property. <br />Molin to contact a landscape architect to provide plans for this work. <br />Seconded by Mr. Prokop. MOXIXXXOXXXIMRXisiXXXIIOJEI} X Molin Concrete to <br />provide a performance bond to ensure this work is done. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />The next item was consideration of a kennel license application for Mr. <br />Henry Suchy. This is for the keeping of three dogs. <br />Various aspects of this request and the conditions of the ordinance we4e <br />discussed, with the suggestion that the manner in which this is to be <br />handled be looked into. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to the Council that a kennel license be <br />approved with the stipulation there only be 3 dogs and that any complaints taken into consideration at the time of license renewal. Seconded by <br />- Mr. Heath. Mr. Doocy perhaps the requirement of obtaining a license for the <br />three animals in order to ensure rabies vacination. <br />M ion carried with one No vote. <br />10 <br />T <br />next item on the agenda was a request from Mr. Larry Crouse for the <br />selling of two parcels of land - one 5 acre parcels and one 235 acres. This <br />property adjoins existing property and is being purchases by the current <br />property owners. <br />
