FEES FOR FACILITY USE <br />Fees for facility use are listed on a separate schedule and are subject to change without notice. Fees for <br />facility use should be paid in advance. <br />The district reserves the right to negotiate to receive a percentage of gross admissions, sales, etc. <br />Groups using the fields at the senior high school campus for summer softball/baseball will be assessed a <br />fee for grooming and chalking of fields. and -for Rental of portable bathrooms must be handled between <br />the group and vendor. Weekend field grooming will be an is not additional charge available. <br />The Performing Arts Center, Middle School Auditorium, and secondary schools' track and fields are <br />handled separately by either the Centennial Senior High School Activities Office or the Centennial <br />Middle School Activities Office. This additional charge will be determined by -the business <br />manager- Community Services Director. The district reserves the right to limit the number of <br />tournaments allowed each group. <br />• Tournaments - Outside groups sponsoring tournaments or league games will be charged the <br />appropriate hourly fee on Schedule C plus a potential charge for trash removal and any additional <br />cleanup that may be necessary of current custodial rate for additional cl an up that may be <br />necessary. This additional charge will be determined by the business -manager Community Services <br />Director. The district reserves the right to limit the number of tournaments allowed each group. <br />• Parent group use of buildings on weekends - school - affiliated parent groups connected with the <br />K -12 program are charged for weekend facility use according to Schedule B or the fee will be waived <br />(not the liability) if the group has a school employee who will assume responsibility for the building. <br />This includes training with community services covering building entry and exit, alarm system, <br />supervision, set up and clean up, etc. This option requires that an adult be stationed at or near the <br />entrance to the building monitoring building access during the entire time the building is open. This <br />adult cannot be involved in running the activity. A potential charge for trash removal and any <br />additional cleanup that may be necessary of current custodial rate or additional clean up may be <br />charged. This additional charge will be determined by the business manager Community Services <br />Director.
