• <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Park Board Meeting <br />April 3, 2000 <br />Paul noted that the City, developers, and real - estate agents need <br />to make buyers aware of trail placements and potential traffic on <br />the trails to avoid this situation in the future. <br />REQUEST FROM CENTENNIAL BASEBALL ASSOCIATION TO ASSIST WITH <br />BATTING CAGE AT CENTENNIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL: <br />Upon adoption of the agenda, this item was removed. <br />REVIEW SITE PLAN FOR DAIRY QUEEN, 21sT AVENUE SOUTH: <br />Rick advised Archnet, Inc. has submitted plans for a Dairy Queen <br />located near the intersection of 21st Avenue S and Northern Light <br />Boulevard. This parcel is .67 acres and located directly south <br />of the Amoco Station in the Clearwater Creek Business District. <br />The Comprehensive Park and Trail System P1 A =does not indicate a <br />need for any trails near the proposed loc_ io Therefore, staff <br />is recommending cash dedication to fulf' park dedication <br />requirements. The City does not want to discourage <br />commercial /industrial development.
