• <br />• <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Park Board Meeting <br />April 3, 2000 <br />The proposed bank is located on the west side of the recently <br />constructed Otter Lake Road. Currently, there is an off road <br />paved trail along the eastern side of Otter Lake Road. <br />Therefore, there is not any need for additional trails at the <br />proposed location. Staff recommends cash dedication to fulfill <br />the park dedication requirements. The current Park Dedication <br />Ordinance for commercial or industrial development is, "the <br />developer shall pay to the City $200 for each 1,000 square feet <br />of proposed building for any commercial or industrial use." <br />Building gross area 3,200 sq. feet x $200/1000 sq. feet = $640.00 <br />Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Chris Welsand, to approve <br />the staff recommendation to accept the P.
