• • COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 13, 2000 Pheasant Hills 11th Addition Final Plat (3/4 Vote Required), Jeff Smyser — Staff advised this request involves represents the final phase of the Pheasant Hills Preserve Development, Pheasant Hills 11th Addition. The plat consists of 50 single - family lots. The property is Zoned R -1X, Single Family Executive and indicated as residential on our land use plan. A development agreement and financial guarantees are in place. The City Engineer has approved the final grading and utility plans. A trail connection will be provided, as indicated in the preliminary plat, that will connect the existing neighborhood park to the northern portion of Sherman Lake Road. Staff recommended approval of the final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition subject to approval of the Title Work by the City Attorney. Council Member Dahl moved to approve final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition, subject to approval of the Title Work by the City Attorney. Council Member Carlson seconded the motion.
