• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 13, 2000 <br />Pheasant Hills 11th Addition Final Plat (3/4 Vote Required), Jeff Smyser — Staff advised this <br />request involves represents the final phase of the Pheasant Hills Preserve Development, Pheasant <br />Hills 11th Addition. The plat consists of 50 single - family lots. The property is Zoned R -1X, Single <br />Family Executive and indicated as residential on our land use plan. <br />A development agreement and financial guarantees are in place. The City Engineer has approved the <br />final grading and utility plans. A trail connection will be provided, as indicated in the preliminary <br />plat, that will connect the existing neighborhood park to the northern portion of Sherman Lake Road. <br />Staff recommended approval of the final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition subject to <br />approval of the Title Work by the City Attorney. <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approve final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 11th Addition, subject <br />to approval of the Title Work by the City Attorney. Council Member Carlson seconded the motion. <br />Council Member Carlson advised the Council previously approved 105 homes and another 50 with <br />this project.
