Applicant will consider acoustical panels for the interior of the building if feasible. <br />The MOTION was supported by Ms. Carlson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to approve the site plan with the above conditions, and was <br />supported by Ms. Carlson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />This item will go before the City Council Monday, July 26, 1999, 6:30 p.m. <br />B. PUBLIC HEARING, Highland Meadows East, 79th Street, Preliminary Plat <br />The application from North Suburban Development, Inc., is for a preliminary plat of 6.43 <br />acres. The proposed plat would create seven residential lots and two outlots. Two <br />existing homes would remain, on Lot 2 Block 1 and L <br />would be approximately 2.4 units per acre for the s <br />Future density in Outlot A is unknown. <br />Block 2. Mr. Smyser stated the Rice Creek Watershed District will address several issue <br />including water level. <br />Mr. Dan Henke, 7901 Nancy Drive, came forward and expressed concern regarding <br />additional traffic due to the additional road at 79th Street and Nancy. He noted he has not <br />seen a plat for the project. <br />
