CYAN THE PROPERTY & PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The PROPERTY is an irregular shaped parcel bound on three sides by abutting properties to the north, south and east. Lake Drive (County Road _No. 23) is to the west. Right of Way dedication for widening of Lake and construction of Apollo Drives is planned, with actual amount of lands to be dedicated to be determined later.
