I have <br />met with Mr. Tedd Mattke of Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc. to locate a line that would <br />give the city a maximum buffered area in a recorded drainage and utility easement and still allow a <br />reasonable area for back yards for the two homes. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for a Drainage and <br />Utility Easement (Exhibit A). In addition to some of the wetland areas, it will show a 35' <br />easement running East to West along the North property line. This document will be recorded <br />and attached to the Deed for future ownership. <br />If this satisfies the environmental board, please give your stamp of approval before the Planning <br />June 9, 2004. <br />Thank you, <br />Richard S.
