• • ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 22, 2006 on this issue, adding that Brouillet only an Architectural Control Committee exists now. Mr. Kukonen asked if there were any restrictive signs in the development at all and Ms. Brouillet said yes at the corner of every lot. The plan for the spring is to go in and reevaluate and site. Ms. Brouillet requested that a representative from the city and make clear to Tollefson of their responsibility and send a report to the Architectural Control Committee. Ms. Bor asked if Tollefson has any other building going on in the city. Ms. Brouillet said that Tollefson marketed an executive home site and did not follow through. Mr. Asleson said maybe as soon as it warms up we should take a field trip out there to take a look. Ms. Bor asked Mr. Asleson would go to staff and propose a spring site visit. Mr. Asleson said yes. Ms. Brouillet also raised concerns about grading with the two new homes going in across from her house. Mr. Asleson stated he would notify the City Engineer to follow up on this issue. Ms. Bor said that we are very appreciative of Kim Brouillet giving her experience and what has been going on. Ms. O'Dea said to Ms. Brouillet that we appreciate her coming in and giving the Board a report. Ms. Bor suggested that Ms. Brouillet write a summary for the Board and deliver by email to Mr. Asleson. Ms. O'Dea asked if Ms. Brouillet should continue working with Mr. Asleson. Mr. Asleson stated that she should and also with Jim Studenski regarding grading issues. B. Wildlife Backyard Habitat The Board discussed Wildlife Backyard Habitat program. Mr. Asleson stated that the course will be held at Lino Lakes City Hall, Saturday, March 11. Lisa Hogstad was asked to call the Quad to try to put an article about the Wildlife Habitat in the paper. Lisa also mentioned that she will put the information on the web site. C. Earth Day Mr. Asleson stated that Earth Day is scheduled for April 22 and requested Ms. O'Connell help with Earth Day. Ms. Bor also volunteered.
