• <br />• <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 22, 2006 <br />on this issue, adding that Brouillet only an Architectural Control Committee exists <br />now. <br />Mr. Kukonen asked if there were any restrictive signs in the development at all <br />and Ms. Brouillet said yes at the corner of every lot. The plan for the spring is to <br />go in and reevaluate and site. <br />Ms. Brouillet requested that a representative from the city and make clear to <br />Tollefson of their responsibility and send a report to the Architectural Control <br />Committee. Ms. Bor asked if Tollefson has any other building going on in the <br />city. Ms. Brouillet said that Tollefson marketed an executive home site and did <br />not follow through. Mr. Asleson said maybe as soon as it warms up we should <br />take a field trip out there to take a look. Ms. Bor asked Mr. Asleson would go to <br />staff and propose a spring site visit. Mr. Asleson said yes. <br />Ms. Brouillet also raised concerns about grading with the two new homes going in <br />across from her house. Mr. Asleson stated he would notify the City Engineer to <br />follow up on this issue. <br />Ms. Bor said that we are very appreciative of Kim Brouillet giving her experience <br />and what has been going on. <br />Ms. O'Dea said to Ms. Brouillet that we appreciate her coming in and giving the <br />Board a report. Ms. Bor suggested that Ms. Brouillet write a summary for the <br />Board and deliver by email to Mr. Asleson. <br />Ms. O'Dea asked if Ms. Brouillet should continue working with Mr. Asleson. <br />Mr. Asleson stated that she should and also with Jim Studenski regarding grading <br />issues. <br />B. Wildlife Backyard Habitat <br />The Board discussed Wildlife Backyard Habitat program. Mr. Asleson stated that <br />the course will be held at Lino Lakes City Hall, Saturday, March 11. <br />Lisa Hogstad was asked to call the Quad to try to put an article about the Wildlife <br />Habitat in the paper. Lisa also mentioned that she will put the information on the <br />web site. <br />C. Earth Day <br />Mr. Asleson stated that Earth Day is scheduled for April 22 and requested Ms. <br />O'Connell help with Earth Day. Ms. Bor also volunteered. Mr. Asleson will be <br />sending letters out to businesses for donations. <br />6 DRAFT MINUTES <br />
