Business Signs Except Motor Fuel Stations: <br />Pylon or ground signs totaling two (2) square feet of sign surface per lot frontage <br />foot; up to two hundred (200) square feet and not higher than forty (40) feet. <br />Must be fifty (50) feet away from another ground sign. <br />3. Multi- Occupancy Business Sign: When a single principle building is devoted to <br />three (3) or more businesses, signage must comply with Section IV. AA. of this <br />ordinance. <br />1. Service Station Signs: <br />a. On surface arterials <br />i. One (1) pylon sign per frontage. <br />Eighty (80) square feet maximum sign surface. <br />Forty five (15) maximum in height. <br />ii. One additional ground sign per street frontage. <br />Thirty two (32) square feet maximum sign surface. <br />Thirty (30) feet maximum in height. <br />iii. Sign or signs attached to building. <br />Up to twenty percent (20 %) of the total building <br />face. <br />b. Abutting freeways <br />i. One (1) pylon sign. <br />One Hundred (100) square feet <br />Maximum height of sixty five (65) feet. <br />ii. One additional ground sign per frontage. <br />Thirty two (32) square feet. <br />Thirty (30) feet in height. <br />iii. Sign or signs attached to building. <br />Up to twenty percent (20 %) of the total building <br />face <br />
