Motor Fuel Station/Service Station Signs <br />The City Council finds that motor fuel stations have unique signage needs, thus <br />warranting the special sign standards. <br />a. All signs shall be located on the site of the use. Roof signs are prohibited as <br />regulated by Section IV. Signs may include <br />ground signs, including pylon signs., <br />building signs, including <br />wall signs marquee and canopy signs <br />window signs awning signs <br />b. Total Site Signage <br />The maximum area of all signs on the site, including all freestanding and building <br />signs, shall not exceed the following: <br />one road two or more abutting <br />frontage road frontages freeway <br />total of all signs 250 sf 350 sf 350 sf <br />c. Freestanding Signs <br />1. Number of Freestanding Signs <br />- One pylon sign per lot <br />- One ground sign (other than pylon) when one road frontage. <br />-When more than one road frontage, one additional ground sign. <br />-Under no circumstances shall there be more than one pylon and <br />two ground signs on the site. <br />2. Size of Freestanding Signs <br />The maximum area of freestanding signs shall not exceed the following: <br />a. Area <br />one road two or more abutting <br />frontage road frontages freeway <br />pylon 80 sf 150 sf 150 sf <br />ground 50 sf 100 sf 200 sf <br />
