'99= <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12 -97 REGULATING SIGNS <br />IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains that Ordinance No. 12 -97 shall be <br />amended as follows: <br />to facilitate review of draft: new text appears as underlined <br />deleted text appears as st-PilEeetit <br />SECTION II. DEFINITIONS <br />H. Building sign: any sign attached to or supported by any building on the site., <br />including but not limited to wall signs, awning signs, marquee and canopy signs., <br />and window signs. See illustration, Sec. V. <br />I. Freestanding sign: any sign which has supporting framework that is placed on or <br />anchored in the ground and which is independent from any building or other <br />structure. See illustration, Sec. V. <br />J. Roof sign: any sign erected or constructed on or above the roof of a building or <br />supported by the roof structure. See illustration, Sec. V. <br />SECTION III.
